Can I drop my child off at The Playground?
No. The Playground is an unsupervised play facility. Children MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Do you offer any memberships?
YES! Monthly memberships are available with savings as follows:
One child: $25
First child + sibling: $40
Each additional sibling: add $10
Do you have gift cards available for purchase?
YES! Available in any amount (A great way to gift daily admission or a monthly membership!)
Is there special attire required to play at The Playground?
No, but we encourage comfortable play wear for children. Please note that socks are required in all play areas to keep the area clean and safe for children. Forgot socks? Not to worry! They can be purchased at the reception desk.
Do you offer group rates?
We offer group rates to a minimum of 10 paying child admissions. Groups must book ahead. Please call for details!
Do you welcome field trips?
Absolutely! We would love to see you and your crew! Packages available. Please call for more information.
What is the ideal age for your playground?
The Playground is fun for all ages, but the activities and interactions are most appropriate for infants to age 13.
Can I bring my own food?
The Playground is a nut free facility and to keep it safe for all of our guests, we ask that no outdoor food or drinks be brought into The Playground with the exception of baby bottles/formula. Affordable drinks and snacks are available for purchase at the cafe and water bottles can be refilled at the drinking fountain/water bottle refill station.
What does the party host do?
With every party booked at The Playground, you are provided with your very own host! They will assist you throughout the entirety of the party to make sure it flows nicely by ushering your kids from one fun activity to the next! They will even cut and serve your cake and help with gift opening. After your party, your host will take care of clean up and assist you as needed to wrap it up in a stress free fashion.
Is there a deposit when booking birthday parties?
Yes. A $50 nonrefundable deposit will be due at the time of party booking. If your party does not show up for your scheduled time, your credit card on file will be charged the remaining amount. 24 hours advance notice is required for cancellations (deposit is nonrefundable).
Can i book a party for this weekend?
Online bookings require a one week advance notice. Feel free to give us a call for your last minute party - maybe we will have room for your group!
Can we bring in our own decorations?
Our rooms are decorated and ready to help you celebrate! Feel free to bring balloons and table decor. Please refrain from hanging decorations on our freshly painted walls.
Can I bring special party decor?
We will have our rooms party ready but if you have something to bring, please use tabletops to place decor. No tape or tacks in our walls, please.
can i host a party without reserving a party room?
No. All parties require a paid party booking. Please check out our Party Packages and let US make your celebration one to remember!
